In an era where much of our information comes from social media and influencers, it is more important than ever to critically evaluate the messages we receive. My goal is to empower you to make informed choices by bringing fourth transparent and accurate information. Throughout my posts, I hope to provide you with the knowledge you need to navigate this rapidly growing industry.

 Within this blog, I’ll cover a wide array of hot topics within the beauty industry, including consumerism, sustainability and gifting to influencers. While keeping you informed about brands who engage in unethical and unsustainable practices, I will also highlight those that are ethical, sustainable and transparent. Additionally, I will analyze the role of social media influencers in this space, and how they contribute to product promotion and consumer perception. 

I created this blog to combine my passions of helping others and breaking down barriers. My vision is to build a platform that informs, supports and empowers my readers by creating an inclusive space for sharing information.

As a senior at the University of Oregon, I’ve spent the last few years immersing myself in public relations, while also pursuing minors in legal studies and psychology. My academic journey has given me a deep understanding of how human behavior, law and ethics shape effective communication and contribute to brand growth. 

Most importantly, this blog isn’t just about me–it’s about all of us. This is a safe space for everyone to share their own insights and perspectives.
